NoDrift is a mirror, not a signal service. It records what you did and reflects the pattern back to you. It never tells you what to buy, sell, or hold.

Nothing in NoDrift — not the AI review, not the reports, not the drills, not the score — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction, we hold no fiduciary duty to you, and nothing you read here creates an advisory relationship.

If you need advice about your money, talk to a licensed professional who knows your situation. We do not know it, and we are not guessing at it.

• No trade ideas. We do not name a symbol as a buy or a sell.
• No price predictions. No targets, no forecasts, no “this is going up”.
• No strategy recommendations. We do not tell you which setup to take, which size to use, or when to enter.
• No performance claims. We never publish “our users make X%”. We have no idea what our users make, and we do not measure it.
• No execution. We never place, modify, or cancel an order. We have no connection to your brokerage account.

Every AI feature works on your own words. It summarises what you logged, counts what you repeated, and compares your behaviour against rules you wrote. When it says “you chased a move that already left”, that is a description of your entry, not a recommendation about the next one.

AI output can be wrong — it can misread a sentence, miscount a pattern, or state something you do not recognise. Treat it as a second opinion about your own record, never as an instruction.

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit when using leverage. Past results — including results NoDrift helped you see — do not indicate future results.

Every decision you make in a market is yours. NoDrift may help you notice that you break your own rules; it cannot stop you from breaking them, and it is not responsible for what happens when you do.

We do not sell, rent, or share your log with brokers, funds, data vendors, or advertisers. We do not use your entries to train models. Your journal is not a dataset — it is your record.

You can export everything and delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored and where.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, hosting by our infrastructure provider, AI text by our model provider, and email by our sending provider. Each of them sees only what is required to perform that one job. See the Privacy Policy for the current list.

NoDrift is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any number in it is free of mistakes.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to NoDrift is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
